Policies

Policies

• We request all pick-up members collect their wines within 30 days of billing. Past 30 days, we will notify members by email to request that the wine is picked up; otherwise the wine will be automatically shipped to the billing address on file, and additional charges may occur.

• Shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the wine release.

• If delivery changes need to be made, please contact us prior to billing to ensure that requests are processed. Any changes made after the billing date will incur additional shipping charges.

• Regusci winery will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or re-shipped wines.

• A 21 or older signature is required at time of delivery; shipping to a business address is highly suggested.

• Sales taxes vary and are changed according to individual State laws.

• Wine Club benefits are not transferable.

• Cancellations must be submitted by written notice, by emailing the wine club coordinator at wineclub@regusciwinery.com, or calling directly to (707) 254-7406.

• Founders members receive four complimentary admissions to quarterly Pick Up Parties, Heritage and Family members receive two admissions to quarterly Pick Up Parties. Additional admissions are $25 per person.
