The Garden & Wagon
A living part of the Ranch, shaped by the land and meant to be shared
Surrounded by the land that has been farmed for generations, the Garden and Wagon connect visitors to the origins of Regusci—where agriculture, family, and hospitality have always gone hand in hand. It’s a place shaped by tradition, designed to be shared, and rooted in the simple idea that some of the best moments happen just outside.

Culinary Garden
In 2010, Jim’s wife, Laura brought her passion for agriculture and sustainable farming to the Ranch, creating what would become our culinary garden.
What began as a small, one-acre patch has grown into a diverse and thriving part of the property now home to olive groves, citrus orchards, herbs, vegetables, cut flowers, and a heritage livestock program.
Today, the garden is woven into daily life at the Ranch, connecting the land to the table and to the people who gather here.

From the garden to the wagon,
what’s grown here is meant to be shared.
Fresh Market Wagon
As the garden grew, so did the desire to share it.
The Farm Fresh Wagon offers a simple way to experience what’s grown on the Ranch, a place where guests and neighbors can gather what’s in season and take a piece of it home.
Visitors are invited to fill a bag (or bring their own) with fresh fruits and vegetables, all grown on the property using organically approved farming practices.
